- Health at Work (British Heart Foundation): An excellent website loaded with tools, information, resources, success stories, frequently asked questions and links.
- BC's Active Communities Workplace Workbook (British Columbia Parks and Recreations Association): You'll need to register to download BC's Active Workplace Workbook, but it's free of charge. On page 54, you will find examples of policies that encourage employees to be active. Use the information, resources and tools to help develop and implement a workplace physical activity initiative that best fits your workplace setting.
